Safety before speed
We move at the pace your nervous system can handle. Pushing harder is not braver, and it rarely lasts.
One for how you feel inside. One for the systems that decide what you can reach. Greenmark holds both, gently and in plain language.
Greenmark began in 2015, after our founders noticed how often clients were stuck in the same loop. Someone would do months of brave emotional work, then have it undone by a denied application, an inaccessible building, or a benefit they never knew they qualified for.
So we stopped treating those as separate worlds. The grief and the gatekeeping, the nervous system and the paperwork, the self-image and the self-advocacy. They all live in the same body. We decided to support the whole of it.
Today we are a small, deliberately unhurried team. We keep our books small enough to actually know the people we work with, and we measure success by how much lighter your week feels, not by how many sessions we sell.

Rights and therapy both hide behind jargon. We translate, so you can make real decisions about your own life.
We are guides, not gatekeepers. Every plan is yours to shape, pause, or change whenever you need to.
Feelings, finances, access, identity. We refuse to pretend one of them can be healed in isolation.
You will not be passed between strangers. The person you meet first is the person who walks with you.
